Seizure of information necessary for the establishment of a CONVENTION

The Convention is necessary:
It includes a commitment of confidentiality on our part
It describes the benefits to be achieved with your agreement (identification of financings/investors, research, prospecting, organisation of meetings with investors...)
It sets the preferential rates for a board on demand. You only pay what is useful to you according to your need (50 euros HT/h maximum, 40 euros/h for companies in creation in slices of minimum 2h)
As well as the remuneration for the result: from 2% to 5% of the amounts raised in capital or grants, 1% for a loan (or even 0% if with a partner)
