L'équipe est composée d'ingénieurs et d'entrepreneurs. L'entreprise a le soutien de l'ADEME, du Conseil Régional et est en relation avec des villes pour l'installation des premières structures.  

L'entreprise a été primée pour son concept et a déjà réuni plus de 2ME d'investissement. Elle souhaiterait lever 450000 euros complémentaires avec un ou plusieurs investisseurs (fonds ou BA).

Activity: Our ambition is to set up a network of urban maraichères greenhouses installed in roofs in order to sell, at an affordable price, high quality fruits and vegetables: free of phytosanitary products, of high quality taste, of extreme freshness. These products will be marketed in the form of different types of subscriptions for home-delivered baskets in zero-CO2 vehicles. The baskets are completed with products from the Maraichers BIO Peri.
Business Model: The target market is that of the general public located 1-1.5 km from the greenhouse. This is not a niche market for the most affluent customers able to pay dearly for high quality Fruits and vegetables (e.g. organic prices); We address the public who frequents intra-urban supermarkets (excluding discount), which, thanks to us, will access high-quality products at an affordable price.
Strengths of the offer compared to competitors: Freshness + Taste of the products at affordable prices.
Monthly cash consumption: Depending on the exact date of commissioning, the planned increase in load and the current seasonality, the turnover of year 1 is around 300-400 K €
Current workforce: 6-7 According to the year considered (greenhouse + mother-house dedicated to development)
The strengths of the team: The whole team brings together skills in agronomy, greenhouse engineering, financing, marketing, site development, technical building offices.
Projects at 2 years (development strategy, potential commercial successes...). Key strategies and figures.: The project is to set up 5 greenhouses in 5 years, and in the longer term, a network of about thirty greenhouses by the year 2030.

Projects to be financed: First greenhouse to build in the 12th arrondissement of Paris (building permit obtained) + further developments of the other sites in progress. Further fundraising is planned for the construction of the following sites.
